The role will initially be located in our Bermondsey office before moving to site once construction starts.</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"><span>Key Responsibilities:</span><span> </span></span></span><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preparing tenders and detailed scopes of works for project.</li>\n<li>Procurement of all contractor trade packages.</li>\n<li>Managing contractor accounts to include raising contractor payments, reviewing and assessing variation claims and preparing and settling final accounts.</li>\n<li>Reviewing drawing changes.</li>\n<li>Reviewing and approving Site Instructions &amp; CCF’s where appropriate.</li>\n<li>Producing valuation reports to advise of any cost movements and reporting to the Board of Directors on a quarterly basis.</li>\n<li>Implementation of commercial function in line with the Commercial Policies &amp; Procedures Manual.</li>\n<li>Attend design team meetings.</li>\n<li>Carry out detailed package review meetings &amp; drive value engineering opportunities of design &amp; scope information.</li>\n<li>Prepare all contract documentation and ensure accuracy.</li>\n<li>Financial accountability for the project budget.</li>\n<li>Partnership &amp; co-operation with the Project Team for operational and financial delivery.</li>\n<li>Management of and delegation of work to Junior Members of Site Commercial Team where applicable.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"><span>Key Skills &amp; Experience:</span></span></span><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Capable of working independently with minimum supervision and as part of the wider project team.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills to be able to communicate daily with the relevant members of the Technical, Sales, Construction, Buying and Finance teams.</li>\n<li>Very good commercial acumen.</li>\n<li>Good Interpersonal skills.</li>\n<li>Very good negotiation skills.</li>\n<li>Good construction knowledge.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"><span>What’</span><span>s</span><span> in it for you?</span></span></span><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px\"><span> </span><br></span><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"><span>Ensuring you have a work-life balance and stay healthy and happy is important to London Square.
