    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Core Responsibilities &amp; Duties</span> </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Work with Product QA and Development teams to design and automate scenarios based on the requirement specifications. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Participate in regular team stand-ups, updates, weekly product platform and agile sessions when required.  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Involve in training platform Quality Engineers and junior Test Automation Engineers in Automation Testing.   </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">   </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications &amp; Experience</span> </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent qualification. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">2+ years of industry experience in Software Test Automation. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Solid practical understanding of Agile Software Quality Assurance.  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong understanding of Software Engineering concepts and practical applicability of OOP concepts. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong understanding of automation test concepts and how they are applied. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience with TestNG/JUnit and Page Object Model (POM) design pattern. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience in working with Selenium WebDriver. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong programming skills in at least one language: Java (preferred), Java Script or C#. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience with test frameworks (TestNG/JUnit/Mocha/Jest) and BDD (Cucumber/Gherkin). </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience in Playwright (with JS/TS) would be an added advantage. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Good understanding of manual testing concepts, test case design techniques, and defect lifecycle. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating tests with Jenkins. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Familiar with version control (Git), issue tracking (Jira), and test management tools. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Able to collaboratively work with a team. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Able to communicate technical and analytical content with relevant stakeholders. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Desire to stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, technologies, and industry best practices related to test automation. </span></li>\n</ul>",
