The AI Coordinator is responsible for maintaining effective communication, monitoring task progress, escalating complex issues when required, and fostering an active and collaborative vendor community to drive project quality and operational excellence.<em> </em></p>\n<h2>Job Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide First-level support to our external vendors (raters) on Data Services projects using our community engagement platform.</li>\n <li>Assign support requests to Project Managers in cases where second-level support is necessary.</li>\n <li>Communicate with raters and provide information needed to ensure smooth delivery of Data Services projects.</li>\n <li>Status monitoring across all assigned tasks and troubleshooting any issues.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Skills & Experience</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Very good verbal and written English proficiency – you would be working in and English-speaking environment.</li>\n <li>Previous experience in customer support or customer facing role.</li>\n <li>Attention to detail, ability to improvise, solve problems and work independently.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office.</li>\n <li>Team spirit—you will be part of a team that helps each others.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Life at RWS</h2>\n<p><strong>Life at RWS </strong><strong>-</strong> If you like the idea of working with smart people who are passionate about growing the value of ideas, data and content by making sure organizations are understood, then you’ll love life at RWS. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Our purpose is to unlock global understanding.
