You'll work closely with clients, sales, marketing, leadership, and production teams to create visually compelling and technically sound artwork for a wide variety of projects.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Your responsibilities will include:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Creating digital artwork, graphics, and visual assets for print, marketing, and customer projects</li>\n<li>Developing both 2D and 3D artwork for direct-to-object printing applications</li>\n<li>Preparing production-ready files and mechanical proofs for client review and approval</li>\n<li>Collaborating with customers and internal teams to develop creative solutions and visual concepts</li>\n<li>Editing and optimizing images for production and print quality</li>\n<li>Creating layouts and identifying potential production challenges before manufacturing begins</li>\n<li>Supporting the sales team with samples, artwork, and technical consultations</li>\n<li>Learning and applying the capabilities of advanced printing technologies</li>\n<li>Helping establish best practices, artwork standards, and file preparation processes</li>\n<li>Maintaining digital asset libraries and project files</li>\n<li>Participating in testing and experimentation to expand printing capabilities and improve quality</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We're Looking For</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We're seeking someone who is both creative and technical—someone who enjoys artistic design but also appreciates the details that make production successful.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Preferred qualifications include:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong artistic and visual design skills</li>\n<li>Excellent attention to detail and quality</li>\n<li>Experience with Adobe Illustrator and other graphic design software</li>\n<li>Understanding of digital file formats and print production workflows</li>\n<li>Ability to learn new software, technologies, and processes independently</li>\n<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li>\n<li>Problem-solving mindset and willingness to experiment with new ideas</li>\n<li>Experience with large-format printing, prepress, color management, or RIP software such as Onyx Thrive is a plus</li>\n<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why You'll Love This Role</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This isn't a typical graphic design position.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>You'll have the opportunity to:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>See your artwork transformed into real-world products</li>\n<li>Work with advanced printing technologies and innovative manufacturing processes</li>\n<li>Collaborate with engineers, marketers, designers, and industry leaders</li>\n<li>Explore new creative applications and push the boundaries of digital printing</li>\n<li>Help shape the future of visual communication and product decoration</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>If you're energized by creativity, technology, continuous learning, and seeing your ideas become reality, we encourage you to apply.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Come create something extraordinary with us.</span></p>",
