    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\">Rees Scientific is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Trenton, NJ.</p><p>This position is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping, receiving, and warehouse staff to ensure productivity, accuracy, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting warehouse workflow, inventory accuracy, process improvements, and cross-functional operational support.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:<br>&nbsp;&bull; Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and warehouse work orders<br>&nbsp;&bull; Lead, train, cross-train, and motivate warehouse staff to meet performance goals<br>&nbsp;&bull; Assign tasks and manage work schedules to ensure efficient workflow<br>&nbsp;&bull; Manage cycle counts and monitor inventory levels to ensure accurate stock control and recordkeeping<br>&nbsp;&bull; Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards<br>&nbsp;&bull; Generate, track, and maintain warehouse KPIs and operational reports<br>&nbsp;&bull; Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to support operational needs<br>&nbsp;&bull; Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs</p><p>Qualifications:<br>&nbsp;&bull; High school diploma or GED required; Associate&rsquo;s or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred<br>&nbsp;&bull; 2&ndash;5+ years of warehouse experience, including supervisory responsibilities<br>&nbsp;&bull; Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory systems, and logistics processes<br>&nbsp;&bull; Experience with ERP systems and warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred<br>&nbsp;&bull; Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills<br>&nbsp;&bull; Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills<br>&nbsp;&bull; Knowledge of Six Sigma principles is a plus</p><p>Rees Scientific offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.</p><p>At Rees Scientific, we are Guided by Values and Driven by Purpose.
