This program provides our customer clear lines of accountability and will drive execution.  The Infrastructure Operations Manager will provide customers day-to-day support by responding to, documenting, tracking, resolving, and managing customer issues, questions, and requests.  </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>This role will manage team members who provide networking, help desk, and monitoring support for client networks and infrastructure.  This will include oversight for infrastructure integrity and security.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>To be considers for this role, candidates must have the following:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>5+ years managing and operating cryptographic facilities.</li>\n <li>5+ years managing Network Operations Centers.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated knowledge in maintaining the operational status of a Tech Control facility.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated knowledge of Tech Control equipment such as switches, encryption devices, network operation consoles, and circuits.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated working knowledge and supervision of tech control employees for programs with similar size to this opportunity.</li>\n <li>Knowledge in operating and maintaining Tier 2 Tech Control Help Desk functions and DISAC 310-175-9.</li>\n <li>Experience providing technical directions and supervision in coordinating, restoring, and reporting functions necessary for effective maintenance of transmission paths and facilities.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of industry standards and best practices related to Information Management Operations and with IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices.</li>\n <li>Knowledge in Handling and Managing incidents and service requests for activities such as changes, problems, configurations, and requisitions for equipment and services.</li>\n <li>Strong written and oral communication skills and the demonstrated ability to influence leaders and stakeholders is important.</li>\n <li>All candidates must have Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) certification.</li>\n <li>All candidates must have a current TS clearance and be SCI eligible.</li>\n <li>All candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Posted Min Pay Rate</h2>USD $114,693.12/Yr.\n<h2>Posted Max Pay Rate</h2>USD $191,155.20/Yr.\n<h2>Salary Disclosure</h2>Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location, contract affordability, internal equity, education, and certifications. The upper end of the salary range may be reserved for individuals who have demonstrated tenure with the company, seniority, and proven excellent performance.
