We are looking for a hands on pricing professional who understands the realities of B2B hardware cost structures, supply dynamics, and deal based pricing.\n\nThis role owns pricing strategy and business optimization for AMAX’s AI, HPC, GPU, and server infrastructure solutions, operating at the intersection of cost structure, supply constraints, and customer specific deal execution. The ideal candidate has hands on pricing experience in B2B computing hardware and is comfortable making data driven recommendations in a fast paced, supply constrained environment.\n\n Primary Responsibilities \n\n Own end to end pricing strategy across assigned product lines, including servers, GPU systems, and integrated infrastructure solutions.\n Translate component level cost structures (BOMs, GPU pricing, supplier terms) into competitive, profitable system pricing models.\n Analyze market dynamics, competitive positioning, and customer demand to identify pricing and margin optimization opportunities.\n Monitor pricing performance at product, customer, and deal levels; proactively adjust pricing based on market shifts, lifecycle stage, and supply conditions.\n Support pricing negotiations with suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders by providing cost transparency and scenario analysis.\n Collaborate closely with sales, product, procurement, supply chain, and engineering teams to develop deal specific pricing proposals.\n Identify cost reduction and margin improvement opportunities across the supply chain and product configuration.\n Prepare clear, executive ready reports and recommendations to support business decisions.\n\n Requirements\n\n Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.\n 1 3 years of hands on pricing or business analysis experience in the computing hardware industry (servers, GPUs, storage, networking, or related infrastructure).\n Proven ability to work with complex cost structures and variable supplier pricing.\n Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into practical pricing actions, not just reports.\n High attention to detail with strong ownership and accountability.\n Clear, confident communicator able to work cross functionally.\n Advanced Excel skills; experience with pricing, BI, or data analysis tools.\n\n Nice to have: \n\n Direct experience in B2B infrastructure, AI, or HPC solutions.\n Familiarity with GPU ecosystems, accelerated computing, server configurations, and system level pricing.\n Experience supporting deal based pricing in collaboration with sales teams.\n Comfortable operating in environments with supply volatility and rapid cost changes.\n\n Benefits\n\n Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance\n Flexible spending account\n Health savings account\n 401k match\n Commuter benefits\n Life and Accidental Insurance\n Short and Long term Disability Insurance\n\nWe also have a perfect location for all types of commuters: AMAX is located right between I 680 and I 880.
