    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">We are seeking a Nuclear Quality Manager to join the team at the Savannah River Site (SRS). The Nuclear Quality Manager will provide leadership, maintenance and oversight of the Nuclear Quality Management System. The Nuclear Quality Manager is responsible for managing day-to- day Nuclear QMS activities. The Nuclear Quality Manager will report directly to the company </span><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">President.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">The Nuclear Quality Manager coordinates the implementation, administration, and monitoring of the Nuclear Quality </span><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Management System. This role ensures compliance with established requirements, records any exceptions as </span><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">necessary and provides suggestions and </span><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">recommendations for changes to the Project Management Team.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Quality Manager Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">· Has the overall responsibility for establishing, maintaining and assuring effective implementation of the NQA-1, Quality Management System.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">· Ensures compliance with:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">· ASME NQA-1:2019, Nuclear Quality Assurance.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">· DOE Order 414.1D, 10 CFR 50 Appx. B, 10 CFR 830 sub. B, 10 CFR 21, and others.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">· Assure governmental regulations, orders, legal, and statutory requirements are met.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">· Ensures that indoctrination training is relevant, executed, and records of qualification and training are retained.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">· Development and oversight of quality control processes.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">· Ensures that receipt inspections, field inspections, and testing are effective.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">· Support auditors in internal and external audits.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">· Ensure that the Audit program complies with requirements, maintains audit </span><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">competencies, addresses any corrective actions from the internal/external audit process in a timely manner, and verifies their effectiveness.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">· Own the Non-Conformance and Corrective Action Program</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">· Review new/revised Quality Procedures and content to ensure compliance with changes in Nuclear Standards, associated standards or those required by the client.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">· Engage with customers and gather work and services feedback.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">· Implement a continuous improvement process.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">· Manages Quality resources, coordinate quality staff to support the NQA-1 Program.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">· Properly report to the NRC, customer, and upper management on significant conditions adverse to quality (SCAQ).</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">· Develops Management Review content and chairs meetings.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications &amp; Experience:</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">· Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quality, or Business.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">· (15+) years Quality related experience; (10+) years in the nuclear industry (DOE and DOD facilities preferred).</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">· NQA-1-2019 – Requirements knowledge.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">· Certified as an NQA-1 Lead Auditor or willing to obtain within 1st year of hire.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">· ISO-17025 General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories - Requirements knowledge or willingness to learn.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Additional Requirements:</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">· Must have a valid driver's license.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">· Must be a U.S. Citizen.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">· Must participate in pre-employment and random drug screening program.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">· Subject to background screening process.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">To be considered for this position, you must first complete our Culture Index personality survey.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Please use the link provided below and select \"<span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Director Safety/Quality\". <br></span>This assessment will take about 15 minutes of focused time.
