Build and nurture strong partnerships with electronics and connectivity suppliers, leveraging digital transformation to create integrated, data-driven sourcing processes. Champion the adoption of digital tools, analytics, business intelligence (BI), artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning (ML) to enhance visibility, knowledge, and performance throughout the sourcing ecosystem.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What Will You Do?</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Team Development & Leadership</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, safety, and continuous learning.</li>\n <li>Support team development, empowerment, accountability, and recognition to achieve exceptional results.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Strategic Leadership</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives and digital transformation initiatives.</li>\n <li>Stay current with market intelligence, technology trends, and supply chain risks to maintain competitiveness.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Supplier & Stakeholder Collaboration</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Build strong partnerships with electronics and connectivity suppliers to foster innovation.</li>\n <li>Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure sourcing meets quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and compliance</li>\n <li>Embed sustainability practices into supplier requirements, including environmental responsibility, ethical sourcing, and adherence to corporate sustainability goals.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Digital Integration & Analytics</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Integrate advanced digital tools (analytics, BI, AI, ML) to enhance visibility, decision-making, and performance.</li>\n <li>Champion supplier integration into digital platforms for real-time data sharing, predictive analytics, & risk management.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Operational Excellence</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Guide the team using best practices, continuous improvement, and agile methodologies.</li>\n <li>Monitor supplier performance and manage QCD risks through digital scorecards and KPIs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Negotiation & Compliance</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead structured, data-driven negotiations and contracting for optimal outcomes.</li>\n <li>Ensure adherence to CSR, C-TPAT, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Change Management & Innovation</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead change management initiatives to drive adoption of new processes, technologies, and best practices across the supply chain.</li>\n <li>Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, encouraging the team to challenge the status quo and implement creative solutions.</li>\n <li>Develop and execute strategies for process optimization and transformation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Advanced Analytics & Technology</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Champion the integration of advanced analytics, supply chain modeling, and emerging technologies (such as IoT and blockchain) to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.</li>\n <li>Utilize predictive analytics, BI, AI, and ML to improve end-to-end supply chain visibility and performance.</li>\n <li>Evaluate and implement new digital tools and platforms to support data-driven sourcing and supply chain management.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Crisis Management & Resilience</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and maintain robust risk management frameworks to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate supply chain disruptions. Build resilient supply chain strategies that enable rapid recovery and adaptation to changing market </li>\n <li>conditions.</li>\n <li>Lead crisis response efforts, ensuring business continuity during events such as pandemics, geopolitical disruptions, or natural disasters.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Skills</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Build and lead high-performing teams; coach, mentor, and develop talent. Foster innovation, agility, and continuous learning. Delegate effectively, motivate employees, and set long-term sourcing strategies.</li>\n <li>Ability to set long-term sourcing roadmaps and influence industry standards.</li>\n <li>Make sound decisions under pressure and adapt to market changes.</li>\n <li>Communicate clearly and work cross-functionally to achieve organizational goals.</li>\n <li>Utilize ERP systems, supplier risk management tools, and advanced digital technologies (BI, AI, ML).</li>\n <li>Interpret data dashboards and specifications for informed decision-making.</li>\n <li>Manage benchmarking, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations.</li>\n <li>Lead risk management, reliability analysis, and multi-project planning. Thrive in high-growth, entrepreneurial environments and drive continuous improvement.</li>\n <li>Embed sustainability and ethical sourcing practices into supplier requirements.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Education and Experience Required:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in operations, Supply Chain or other related degree and a minimum of seven years’ experience in sourcing, supply chain or related field; with minimum of 5 years supervisory/management experience; or combination of relevant education and experience.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Special Job Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Requires frequent availability and communication during non-standard business hours to communicate with global team members.</li>\n <li>Must be available for extended, varied work hours based on business need.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Familiarity with SAP, Professional certifications such as CPSM, CSCP, or Six Sigma, Advanced proficiency in digital sourcing tools, analytics, and automation technologies.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Working Conditions/Physical Demands:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required (for most of the working day) to sit and make coordinated movements of the fingers for data entry on a keyboard.</li>\n <li>May require regular ground travel to other company facilities, suppliers visits</li>\n <li>Long-distance or air travel as needed – up to 50% travel</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Salary Range:</strong> $190,000 - $220,000</p>\n<h2>Company Info</h2>\n<p><strong>About Legrand</strong></p>\n<p>Legrand is the global specialist in electrical and digital building infrastructures.
