A team player who is committed to getting the job done even if it means putting in longer hours.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #003b5c; font-size: 16px\">Act as a spotter for the Drivers while maneuvering the moving truck into tight spaces, ensuring safety and precision.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #003b5c; font-size: 16px\">Prepare the job site while Drivers is meeting with the customer to set up the job for success from the start.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #003b5c; font-size: 16px\">Assist in moving items and boxes, prioritizing careful handling and efficient transport.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #003b5c; font-size: 16px\">Manage GPS and navigation to support the driver, ensuring distraction-free driving.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #003b5c; font-size: 16px\">Participate in packing, pad wrapping, and prepping the job site while the Driver coordinates with the customer.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #003b5c; font-size: 16px\">Contribute to detailed inventory checks and accountability of items before and after the move.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #003b5c; font-size: 16px\">Uphold the highest standards of customer service, stepping in to assist with customer queries and concerns when needed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #003b5c; font-size: 16px\">Engage in continuous learning and skill enhancement to improve job performance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #003b5c; font-size: 16px\">Must follow all instructions and directions given from Driver.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>",
