          "text": "<p><b>Job Title: QA Engineer (Manual and Automation) <br />Location: New Brunswick, New Jersey. <br />Duration: 1 year<br />Interview Mode: Phone followed by F2F<br /></b><br /><b>Overview:</b><br />Client is seeking a QA Engineer with both Manual and Automation experience for a new application development project in a fast-paced, agile environment. <br />The ratio of manual testing will be higher initially, however the ultimate goal is to automate most of the testing, so that ratio will change as the project progresses, to more automated testing and less manual testing. A successful candidate will have a long term vision and the ability to plan and execute it, along with the enthusiasm to work on a brand new yet complex product.<br /><br /><b>Responsibilities:</b><br />-    Develop and execute test plans, test cases, test data, test scenarios, and other testing related documentation based on the requirements and technical specifications<br />-    Interpret and implement quality assurance standards<br />-    Ensure data integrity standards<br />-    Plan, develop, execute, maintain and improve Automated Test Frameworks and Automated Test Scripts for Web and Database applications<br />-    Identify areas for improvement in the quality system<br />-    Accurately report and track testing related defects and issues, by writing effective and thorough bug reports, and verify bug fixes<br />-    Coordinate UAT and other testing related tasks with Business and other IT departments<br />-    Identify process and application issues and provide suggestions to improve<br />-    Learn new technologies and adapt to them as needed<br />-    Identify and deploy automation solutions based on changing project needs<br /><br /><b>Qualifications:</b><br />-    Extensive Manual testing experience<br />-    Extensive experience with Automation testing using Selenium<br />-    Extensive experience testing various Web Services<br />-    Experience with Python<br />-    Experience with Fiddler or Postman<br />-    Must be able to write SQL Queries<br />-    Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, RDBMS and MS Office<br />-    5+ years of Manual Black Box/Gray Box software testing experience<br />-    3+ years of Automation testing experience<br />-    Experience in Agile methodologies a plus<br />-    Must be able to write test plans, test cases, and other test artifacts<br />-    Must be able to prepare test data<br />-    Experience with JIRA and HP QC/ALM a plus<br />-    Experience in performance testing is a plus<br />-    Python and Kendo UI knowledge a plus<br />-    Excellent communication and people skills<br />-    College degree or equivalent level of experience preferred</p><p>Regards,</p><p>Avinash</p><p>avi (at) scoutet (dot) com</p><p>609 - 303 - 2211</p>",
