The CSM is responsible for the leadership development of the individuals who report to them, while also being accountable for the delivery of security operations at these locations. The CSM partners with senior leadership and management teams in Security and Operations to drive operational effectiveness, superior performance, and audit readiness. Responsible for preserving an environment where people and property are safe and well-protected, the CSM utilizes their professional experience to manage individuals with varying skill sets and develops effective strategies to drive improvement. The CSM reports directly to the regional security manager, works alongside other site security managers in their metro area, and manages the Security Team Manager (STM).</span></p><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></span></p><ol><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Manages physical security operations at multiple critical infrastructure facilities.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Drives safety programming for the security team with a goal of zero workplace injuries onsite.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Actively manages site security personnel; partners with the local branch to recruit and hire, oversee onboarding, training, and development at the sites.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Ensures each staff member is treated with dignity and respect.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Plans, assigns, and manages physical security projects and tasks to timely completion.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Coaches security employees and carries out disciplinary actions in accordance with current policy.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Evaluates the effectiveness of site security operations and provides recommendations for improvement.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Utilizes excellent customer service and communication skills, sets the example, and holds site security staff accountable to do the same.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Ensures site health and key performance indicator goals are met or exceeded; works with the regional security manager (RSM) to enhance security team effectiveness and performance.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Meets regularly with the client and Securitas corporate management representatives for account reviews, addresses issues in a timely manner, and supports security planning, assessments, and surveys.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Keeps management informed of major accomplishments, issues, and concerns.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Follows standardized procedures to successfully complete unannounced audits.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Builds and maintains relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maintain a safe and secure environment.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Splits time equally between sites, building familiarity with each location, leading the team, building the program, and coaching for success.</span></li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Additional Information:</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">The functions listed describe the business purpose of this job.
