With ST Engineering iDirect, the sky isn’t the limit—it’s just the beginning! </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>ST Engineering iDirect is seeking a high impact MBA Product Management Intern to support critical initiatives across its product and services portfolio. </p>\n<p>This role sits at the center of the company’s transformation, both technologically and commercially. The intern will work on high priority and ambiguous problems that directly influence product direction, platform evolution, and the shift toward scalable recurring revenue models. </p>\n<p>You will collaborate closely with leaders across engineering, operations, and sales to shape how products and services are built, delivered, and monetized. Reporting directly to the VP of Product Management, this role offers strong visibility, ownership, and the opportunity to contribute to decisions at the highest levels of the organization. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Partner with product leadership to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform product strategy </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Support development of business cases, product roadmaps, and strategic initiatives that accelerate company transformation </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Translate complex data into actionable insights through business intelligence and performance analysis Contribute to market strategy, including segmentation, positioning, and identification of growth opportunities </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop financial models to support pricing, revenue growth, investment prioritization, and overall business impact </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Support go to market strategy, including product positioning, messaging, and launch readiness </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Drive clarity and alignment across engineering, operations, and sales to enable execution of key initiatives </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Prepare executive level presentations, strategic briefs, and recommendations for senior leadership </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Currently pursuing an MBA or equivalent graduate business degree with a focus on strategy, product management, finance, marketing, or related fields </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to connect insights to business outcomes </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Demonstrated interest in product management and technology driven business models </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to operate effectively in fast paced, cross functional environments </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent communication and storytelling skills, including experience presenting to senior stakeholders </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Attributes</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prior experience in consulting, product management, technology, or strategy roles </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Exposure to market analysis, financial modeling, or transformation initiatives </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with data visualization, dashboards, or business intelligence tools </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong ownership mindset with a bias toward action and results </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Collaborative, adaptable, and intellectually curious  </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Gain</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Direct experience driving initiatives that shape both technology evolution and business model transformation </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>End to end exposure to how product, engineering, operations, and sales collaborate to scale a global technology platform </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>High visibility and mentorship through direct engagement with the Chief Product Officer and senior leadership </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Opportunity to own meaningful work with measurable impact on product strategy and company growth</li>\n</ul>",
