    "description_html": "<h2>Electro/Mechanical Apprentice</h2><h2><br></h2><p><strong>Job Type</strong></p><p>Full-time</p><p>Independence, KY</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><h3>WORK SUMMARY</h3><p>The Electro/Mechanical Apprentice will primarily focus on on-the-job-training (OTJ) of various CNC machine tools under the guidance of a senior KRC Technician.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>DESCRIPTION OF WORK PERFORMED:</strong></p><ul><li>Assist senior technicians with dismantling, cleaning, and preparing machines for shipment</li><li>Disassemble, repair, and rebuild machine tool subassemblies and assemblies.</li><li>Organize, tag, and mark components for future assembly.</li><li>Perform basic lubrication, cleaning, and inspection of mechanical components.</li><li>Identify, repair, or replace damaged components.</li><li>Use basic hand and power tools safely and correctly.</li><li>Follow safety procedures and work instructions.</li><li>Travel to customer’s facilities.</li><li>Document work activities as expenses, timely and accurately.</li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.</li></ul><p><strong>INSTRUCTIONS, METHODS AND PROCEDURES USED:</strong></p><p>Work assignment by Projects Manager, Projects Coordinator, or Leads. Most technical instruction will come from fellow senior technicians, Leads or Projects support personnel, OEM Maintenance Manuals or Training class documentation.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>RELATIONS TO OTHERS:</strong> Customer relations – Customer Production Management and operators. OEM relations – Management, maintenance support, parts personnel.
