    "description": "<h2> </h2>\n<p></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Revenue Analyst</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Position Description</strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Title</strong>: Revenue Analyst</p>\n<p><strong>Reports To</strong>:Senior Revenue Manager</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Position Summary</strong>: This position will support the Operations team with lease administration and revenue processes.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work closely with Operations to maintain accurate tenant profiles and rent roll information in SAP.</li>\n <li>Manage the lease renewal in SAP.</li>\n <li>Set up banking information for EFT.</li>\n <li>Complete lease corrections.</li>\n <li>Prepare late rent notices as per legislation (e.g. Form D) and maintain database of tenants with legal issues, if applicable.</li>\n <li>Prepare and submit prior tenant collection packages, if applicable.</li>\n <li>Approve unit specific hydro invoices for payment/tenant chargeback.</li>\n <li>Provide revenue analytics as required for the outstanding AR, bad debt, etc.</li>\n <li>Manage tenant inquiries.</li>\n <li>Providing support and training to site staff on Revenue procedure in SAP.</li>\n <li>Ensure Regional Office and Site Staff operate within CAPREITs revenue policies & procedures within Tenancy Legislation.</li>\n <li>Other projects as assigned. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>College diploma or University degree in Accounting, Business or a related field</li>\n <li>Minimum 5 years' multi-residential property management experience</li>\n <li>Strong analytical and problem solving skills</li>\n <li>Ability to work under tight deadlines, multi-task and prioritize</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written in French is a strong asset</li>\n <li>Must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel</li>\n <li>Must have previous experience with SAP</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What's in it for you?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive Base Salary between $54,000 - $60,000</li>\n <li>Paid Vacation</li>\n <li>Flexible Health, Dental & Vision Benefits </li>\n <li>Employee Savings Plan</li>\n <li>Employee & Family Assistance Plan</li>\n <li>Learning & Professional Development</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p></p>",
