This role is ideal for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in a production environment, focusing on monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing mission-critical integrations across cloud and on-premise systems. Exposure to NetSuite is an added advantage.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>The standard schedule for this position is Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM EST.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide day-to-day operational support for Boomi integrations, including monitoring, alert handling, and issue resolution.</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot and resolve integration errors, ensuring stable and reliable data flows across SaaS and internal applications.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with senior developers to design, develop, and deploy integration processes, with approximately 50% focus on development tasks.</li>\n <li>Assist in maintaining and enhancing integration documentation, best practices, and operational procedures.</li>\n <li>Support API-based integrations and work with technologies such as REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML.</li>\n <li>Participate in root cause analysis, process optimization, and proactive problem prevention for production systems.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.</li>\n <li>3-5 years of experience with Boomi process building, API management, connectors, and exception handling.</li>\n <li>Professional Boomi Developer Certification required.</li>\n <li>Strong SQL skills for MS SQL and Oracle databases.</li>\n <li>Exposure to NetSuite integrations is a plus.</li>\n <li>Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.</li>\n <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-support environment while learning and developing new integration solutions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>PAY AND BENEFITS</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Our benefit offerings include choice of two medical plans and two dental plans, vision insurance, flexible spending accounts (FSAs), company-paid life insurance and AD&D, optional additional life insurance and AD&D, disability insurance, paid parental leave, paid time off, 401k Plan with company match, discounted employee travel options, access to LinkedIn Learning webinars and courses.
