          "text": "<p>We are seeking a highly motivated <strong>In Vivo Laboratory Associate</strong> with strong <strong>hands-on dosing experience</strong> to support preclinical rodent studies on a client site. This role is focused on executing in-life procedures to evaluate <strong>pharmacokinetics (PK), ADME, and drug efficacy</strong> of novel therapeutics.</p><p>This position is ideal for someone with <strong>solid rodent handling and drug administration experience</strong> who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative research environment.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Perform <strong>in vivo rodent dosing and drug administration</strong> via multiple routes, including <strong>IV, SC, IP, and PO</strong></li><li>Execute in-life procedures including <strong>animal handling, restraint, anesthesia, and monitoring</strong></li><li>Conduct <strong>necropsy and biological sample collection</strong> (blood, tissues, etc.)</li><li>Support studies evaluating <strong>PK/ADME and biomarker responses</strong></li><li>Accurately document experimental procedures and study data in compliance with protocols</li><li>Maintain adherence to <strong>SOPs, animal welfare standards, and study protocols</strong></li></ul>",
