With an operational footprint spanning over 90 countries across four continents, and manufacturing sites in eight countries, we offer more than 2,000 medicines across various therapeutic areas worldwide.</span></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Purpose:</span></p>\n<p><span>The FP&amp;A Manager will be responsible for leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making and improve business performance.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Reporting Line:</span></p>\n<p><span>Reports to: Head of Finance – Gen Med.</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-term strategic planning.</li>\n<li>Deliver monthly financial performance analysis (actual vs. budget vs. forecast).</li>\n<li>Provide insights on revenue, cost drivers, and profitability.</li>\n<li>Develop and monitor KPIs and dashboards for senior management.</li>\n<li>Partner with business units to support decision-making and cost optimization.</li>\n<li>Lead cash flow forecasting and working capital analysis.</li>\n<li>Support board presentations and executive reporting.</li>\n<li>Identify risks and opportunities and recommend corrective actions.</li>\n<li>Drive automation and process improvements in reporting.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with Accounting to ensure alignment of actuals.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications &amp; Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA/CMA preferred).</li>\n<li>10–15 years of experience, with at least 4–5 years in FP&amp;A leadership.</li>\n<li>Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.</li>\n<li>Advanced Excel and SAP is a must .</li>\n<li>Experience in manufacturing or pharma industry preferred.</li>\n<li>Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrix organization.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
