Responsibilities</strong></h2><ul style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);font-style: normal;font-weight: 400;text-align: start;text-indent: 0px;text-transform: none;\"><li>Greet guests with a positive and welcoming attitude.</li><li>Provide information about attractions, activities, promotions, and special events.</li><li>Assist guests with ticket purchases, reservations, and check-in procedures.</li><li>Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and accurately handle cash and credit card transactions.</li><li>Monitor attractions and recreational areas to ensure guest safety and adherence to park policies.</li><li>Respond promptly and professionally to guest questions, concerns, and service recovery situations.</li><li>Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest-facing areas.</li><li>Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown when needed.</li><li>Conduct opening, operational, and closing procedures as assigned.</li><li>Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.</li><li>Uphold Skyline Park&rsquo;s standards of hospitality, safety, and professionalism.</li><li>Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.</li></ul><h2 style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);font-style: normal;text-align: start;text-indent: 0px;text-transform: none;\"><strong>Qualifications &amp;
