Location: Skyline Park at Ponce City Market – Atlanta, GA Position Type: Part-Time / Seasonal Reports To: Operations Manager Position Summary Skyline Park is seeking energetic, friendly, and guest-focused individuals to join our Guest Services Team. As a Guest Services Team Member, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences by welcoming guests, providing exceptional customer service, assisting with attractions and activities, handling transactions, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all visitors. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced entertainment environment and take pride in delivering outstanding hospitality. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Greet guests with a positive and welcoming attitude. Provide information about attractions, activities, promotions, and special events. Assist guests with ticket purchases, reservations, and check-in procedures. Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and accurately handle cash and credit card transactions. Monitor attractions and recreational areas to ensure guest safety and adherence to park policies. Respond promptly and professionally to guest questions, concerns, and service recovery situations. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest-facing areas. Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown when needed. Conduct opening, operational, and closing procedures as assigned. Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations. Uphold Skyline Park’s standards of hospitality, safety, and professionalism. Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Qualifications & Experience Required Minimum 18 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a high-volume environment. Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods. Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events. Preferred Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, entertainment venues, restaurants, hotels, attractions, or customer-facing roles. Experience operating POS systems and handling cash transactions. Experience working in a fast-paced environment with high guest interaction. Knowledge of entertainment, tourism, or recreational venue operations. Skills & Competencies Outstanding customer service mindset Professional appearance and demeanor Strong problem-solving abilities Ability to remain calm under pressure Dependable and punctual Team-oriented attitude Attention to detail Ability to multitask effectively Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
