Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation vehicles, side-by-sides, all-terrain vehicles, professional turf-care equipment, and ground support equipment. Textron Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands. Responsibilities: Verify part number and piece count of material being packed. Ensure product is moved in a safe manner and processed without damage. Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms, records, and enterprise system. Examine and inspect items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors. Compare shipping documents to items received to ensure that shipments are correct. Determine and use the most appropriate pack materials to prevent damage during transit. Utilize SAP to determine carrier for shipment and ensure that all carrier specific labels are affixed to the appropriate packages. Perform all other assigned duties as instructed by management.
