    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Logistics Coordinator focuses on inventory management and shipment tracking to ensure product availability while maintaining efficient inventory levels. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>The duties and responsibilities of the position include the following (other duties may be assigned as needed):</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Receive, review and process distributor, retail and sample requests accurately and efficiently</li>\n <li>Assist with processing EDI orders</li>\n <li>Collaborating with the Accounting department to resolve credit issues</li>\n <li>Organize daily order transmissions</li>\n <li>Work closely with warehouses to resolve issues with deliveries</li>\n <li>Communicate order status and availability to customers promptly and professionally</li>\n <li>Assists with other projects as assigned</li>\n <li>Communicate via email daily with the warehouse, distributors and sales/marketing team</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field</li>\n <li>2-3 years of related work experience</li>\n <li>Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics BC365 ERP, Inventory Forecasting and Shipcompliant systems a plus</li>\n <li>Attention to detail and accuracy</li>\n <li>Strong computer skills are a MUST (Microsoft Office)</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer</li>\n <li>Some lifting or physical activity may be necessary </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Kobrand Corporation offers a competitive salary, performance-based bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. The base compensation range for this job classification is between $50,000 and $60,000. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is dependent on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history, job-related skills and qualifications, and length of service. </p>",
