This is a demanding, hands-on, and rewarding profession for someone ready to build real skills and make a real impact.<br><br>🔥 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 🔥<br>A sickening work ethic (seriously—we mean it)<br>Exceptional time management skills<br>Detail-oriented mindset<br>Must live in Dayton or surrounding areas<br>Ability to board at least 2 dogs in your home for 14 days<br>Reliable transportation<br>Basic video editing skills (iMovie preferred)<br>Familiar with social media (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, etc.)<br>Willing to complete a 17-day trainer certification course in Virginia<br><br>🐶 DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES 🐶<br>Train dogs of all sizes, breeds, and ages<br>Work with behavior issues ranging from anxiety to aggression<br>Interact professionally with clients and the public<br>Continue developing your skills in both dog training and client education<br>Attend PR and community events<br><br>This is not for everyone—but for the right person, it’s an incredible opportunity to build a meaningful career doing something you love.<br>📩 Ready to apply?<br>Email your resume to [email protected]<br>Include a short message explaining why you’d be a great fit for our team<br>Let’s build something great together.<br>—Roger 🐾",
