    "description": "<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented Modeler to apply constructability and detailing principles in developing accurate construction models and shop drawings. The role involves collaborating with project teams to ensure high-quality execution, address constructability challenges, and support efficient project delivery. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Interpret design drawings, specifications, and applicable codes/standards </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and maintain accurate Tekla models and connections aligned with design intent </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Perform model constructability reviews</p></li>\n <li><p>Collaborate with design teams and contractors to develop engineering solutions</p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Create shop drawings and erection sheets</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop custom reports and drawing templates as needed </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture or related field required </li>\n <li>7+ minimum prior years experience with 5+ prior years experience in Tekla steel detailing on complex projects. </li>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communication </li>\n <li>Demonstrated career growth that includes experience working with design teams for a variety of building or project types </li>\n <li>Strong client-service attitude with ability to multi-task and accomplish multiple priorities </li>\n <li>Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Walter P Moore is an international company of engineers, architects, innovators, and creative people who solve some of the world’s most complex structural and infrastructure challenges.
