Main Responsibilities: Prepares purchase orders by verifying specifications and prices. Monitor the status of open purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery of materials, including timely resolution, communication, and mitigation of potential issues. Expedite and defer orders as required based on schedule/inventory changes Manage and resolve issues regarding PO to invoice discrepancies, returns and quality issues with suppliers and internal departments for categories managed Verifies receipt of items by comparing items received to items ordered; resolves shipment in order with suppliers. Prepares and submit RPR’s for projects Authorizes payment for purchases by forwarding receiving documentation. May be required to do other duties and special projects as assigned by your leader. What are we looking for? High school/GED Previous experience in the shipping/receiving/facilities department. Excellent written, verbal and organizational skills Ability to deal with multiple tasks and work independently. Proficient in Microsoft Office program, specifically Word and Excel. Previous knowledge and experience in Coupa or similar purchasing/procurement systems Previous knowledge and experience in Asgard or similar maintenance/inventory control systems Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
