In this role you will work with children in the classroom &amp; residential setting during day and evening hours. This role functions under general supervision of a Campus Coach. You will be working in an environment that is well supported.</p>\n\n<p><strong>Behavioral Health Tech Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Provide compassionate driven care and supervision of children and youth.</li>\n\t<li>Learn and apply each child&#39;s treatment plan and implement therapeutic interventions as necessary.</li>\n\t<li>Intervene in crisis situations, including physical management of residents, using approved crisis management system and skills.</li>\n\t<li>Complete all documentation by the end of shift.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong>An ideal candidate for this position has: </strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Good decision-making skills and maturity</li>\n\t<li>Reliability</li>\n\t<li>Champion honesty and integrity</li>\n\t<li>Good problem-solving skills</li>\n\t<li>Good communications skills</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong>Behavioral Health Tech Qualifications:</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>High School Diploma/GED or equivalent</li>\n\t<li>Be at least 18+ years of age</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong>Other Job Details:</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Starting pay: $19.00/hour- Shift differential up to $24.00/hour on Saturday and Sunday</li>\n\t<li>Evening shifts available.
