Actual compensation will be based on qualifications such as experience, education, certifications, and skills, as well as geographic considerations.</strong></p><p>We are seeking a Regional In-plant Manager for our customer sites on the west coast. The Regional In-plant Manager will be a liaison&#xa0;between INX, the in-plants, and the customer. You will be responsible for:</p><ul><li>Inventory control, both INX and customer owned.</li><li>Supervising in-plant employees at multiple&#xa0;locations.</li><li>Lead in-plant start-ups and closures</li><li>Coordinate PTO for employees.</li><li>Travel and visit in-plant locations in multiple states.</li><li>Perform audits</li><li>Evaluate new customer locations for installations.</li><li>Administrative duties&#xa0;related to in-plant operations</li></ul>",
