Other duties may be assigned.</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Prepares and serves hot and cold beverages, such as brewed coffee, espresso, cold brew, blended beverages and tea to patrons; correctly customizes orders as requested.</li><li>Describes product details to customers.</li><li>Upholds high-quality espresso by completing grind/machine checks on espresso throughout the day.</li><li>Make cold brew when needed.</li><li>Receives and processes customer payments.</li><li>Serves prepared foods and baked goods including sandwiches, biscotti, muffins, or donuts.</li><li>Ensure customer service stations are properly stocked with paper products or beverage preparation items.</li><li>Cleans and sanitizes all equipment, utensils, dishes, and work areas throughout the shift.</li><li>Cleans and sanitizes service and seating areas.</li><li>Ensures proper functioning of freezers, refrigerators, and heating by routinely checking temperatures in all the equipment.</li><li>Stocks supplies or retail products may include inventory, ordering, and/or receive products as directed.</li><li>Supports daily operations for both the deli and the bakery departments.</li><li>Performs other related duties as assigned.</li></ul>",
