The ideal candidate blends technical manual expertise with an understanding of modern CNC controls.</p>\n<h3><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p><strong>Quality Inspection:</strong> Utilize precision measuring instruments—including calipers, micrometers, and depth gauges—to ensure all parts meet exact specifications.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Tooling Mastery:</strong> Demonstrate expert-level application of radius and angle gauges during the fabrication process.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Material Handling:</strong> Successfully obtain internal certification for the safe operation of overhead cranes and forklifts.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Maintenance Support:</strong> Partner with the maintenance team to identify and resolve mechanical issues or equipment malfunctions.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Technical Literacy:</strong> Interpret complex industrial blueprints with high accuracy, proactively identifying and correcting any drafting discrepancies.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Required Skills & Qualifications</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p><strong>Manual Proficiency:</strong> Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience configuring and operating manual lathes and milling machines.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Setup Expertise:</strong> Proven ability to \"sweep in\" mill heads and vises and effectively manage runout on lathe workpieces.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Self-Sufficiency:</strong> Capability to execute job setups independently, even in the absence of formal documentation.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Technical Knowledge:</strong> Deep understanding of G/M code logic and the calculation of optimal speeds and feeds for various materials.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Preferred Assets:</strong> * Familiarity with broaching techniques.</p>\n  <ul>\n   <li><p>Direct experience with <strong>Haas, Hurco, or Fanuc</strong> control systems.</p></li>\n   <li><p>Ability to perform basic G-code programming.</p></li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Compensation & Culture</strong></h3>\n<p>We offer a highly competitive salary package and comprehensive benefits, including:</p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Full Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage.</p></li>\n <li><p>Life Insurance and 401(k) with a corporate match.</p></li>\n <li><p>Generous time off: Paid holidays, vacation days, sick leave, and even your birthday off!</p></li>\n</ul>",
