Assist in accurately setting-up and maintaining patient information while also providing excellent customer service. As a receptionist, you should love interacting with new people, making personal connections easily, and ensuring that every patient feels welcome and valued. You will be one of the first interactions that patients will have when they call in to the organization. Don’t worry if you don’t have Receptionist experience, we will give you the training needed to excel in this position. You will navigate challenging opportunities as they arise and provide excellent customer service to our patients, co-workers, and physicians. You are the key to helping our patients understand our processes and procedures. You will feel good about representing a company with a solid reputation and playing an important role in the success of its physicians and employees.
