    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">DESCRIPTION</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Eagle Quest, an organization serving at-risk and/or disadvantaged youth and their families, is searching for a Foster Program Case Manager with social work experience, and the ability to work with a variety of people from diverse socio-economic backgrounds and temperaments. Case Managers are the primary contact for assigned foster clients and are responsible for the client's care coordination. Case Managers interact on a regular basis with foster children, foster parents, and various community stakeholders. This is a Full-Time salaried position with paid vacation and personal time off (PTO), and insurance benefits. This opportunity offers a competitive wage and a progressive and supportive working environment with an organization whose mission it is to <em>\"to provide youth and families opportunities to reach new heights\".</em> If you are looking to join an organization with a fast-paced working environment that is making a difference in the Southern Nevada community, and you meet all the requirements, we want to hear from you.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Duties:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Provide case management to assigned foster clients including establishing client-directed goals and objectives; monitor, encourage, and document progress through regular meetings with foster client and family</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Implement evidence-based model for treatment level foster care</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Provide unmatched customer service</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Responsible for developing, updating, and maintaining client treatment plans</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Weekly home visits to the assigned foster home(s)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Attend Eagle Quest meetings and ongoing trainings</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Direct field service with foster clients (Crisis Stabilization Services (CSS))</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ensure client's access to services appropriate to client's mental health needs</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Bachelor's degree from accredited university in any of the following fields: <span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Behavioral Science, Child Development, Child and Family Studies/Services, Community Mental Health, Counseling (mental health, vocational, rehabilitative, pastoral), Early Childhood Development, Early Childhood Education, Family Development/Relations, Marriage and Family Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Psychiatric Rehabilitation, Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Special Education, Speech/Language Therapy, Nursing, and Therapeutic Recreation</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">One year of experience working with higher-level-of-care youth and family preservation type programs preferred</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Excellent communication and organization skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Pass FBI and CANS background checks at candidate's expense (reimbursable once employed)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Provide own reliable transportation for field work</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Nevada driver's license and proof of insurance</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">We offer:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Competitive wage</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Health insurance to include medical, dental, vision, life, and supplemental coverages to all full-time employees</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Eagle Quest – A Great Place to Work</span> At Eagle Quest, we strive every day to fulfill our mission: <em>help members of our community reach new heights through quality behavioral healthcare and unmatched customer service</em>.
