This position  reports directly to Trades Office Manager. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span> </span>Receive all incoming trade services calls.</li>\n<li><span> </span>Schedule all incoming service for C-U Plumbing, C-U HVAC and C-U Electric.</li>\n<li><span> </span>Provide back up support to phones and scheduling.</li>\n<li><span> </span>Register all new HVAC equipment for warranty.</li>\n<li><span> </span>Maintain orderly equipment warranty registration, SPIFF and home protection service agreement files.</li>\n<li><span> </span>Registers Ameren Allied (incentive program).</li>\n<li><span> </span>Responsible for submitting all trade permit applications.</li>\n<li><span> </span>Responsible for Julie Dig requests for trades.</li>\n<li><span> </span>Schedule inspections as needed.</li>\n<li><span> </span>Google calendar – trades.</li>\n<li><span> </span>Receive customer work order emails and schedule.<br></li>\n<li><span> </span>Enters contracts into Field Edge.</li>\n<li><span> </span>Reviews all invoices for finalization.</li>\n<li><span> </span>Maintains service agreement in Field Edge</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>",
