In this role, you won't just be pushing paper you will be the first point of contact for our future innovators. You will learn the ins and outs of tech recruitment and candidate experience in a fast-paced IT environment. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Actively hunt for top IT talent using LinkedIn &amp; suitable External Advertising platforms.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Review CVs and conduct initial phone/video screens to evaluate required tech &amp; non-tech skills &amp; cultural alignment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and technical hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for everyone.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring all candidate data and interview feedback are accurately logged. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assist in organizing university career fairs, tech meetups, and contents for our recruitment social media channels.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Help prepare offer letters and coordinate with the HR operations team to ensure a smooth day-one experience for new hires. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Requirements : </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">0-1 years of corporate internship experience in IT industry. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Excellent spoken and written English. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Tech-Savviness: Highly comfortable with Google Workspace, LinkedIn &amp; quick to learn new software (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">A basic understanding of software development roles.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Highly organized, detail-oriented, and not afraid to pick up the phone.
