Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Palisades Tahoe Resort, LLC’s total compensation package for employees. Meets or exceeds all daily, weekly and monthly budget numbers. Puts together monthly Sales Reports for top selling items.</li><li>Maintain mobility between multiple locations ensuring consistent best practices at multiple locations.</li><li>Maintains harmony among team members and resolves grievances.</li><li>Determines work priorities, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow.</li><li>Performs all duties of sales associate and cashier.</li><li>Manages schedule in accordance to Labor Budget.</li><li>Manages all aspects Workday time approvals and workflows.</li><li>Monitors inventory, transfers product between locations to maintain an efficient level of inventory.</li><li>Demonstrates leadership in creating relationships with guests to maximize service and sales goals; coaches team for improved performance.</li><li>Responds to customer and management complaints.</li><li>Ensures accurate inventory and pricing in Retail Pro system.</li><li>Understands and trains on Retail Pro system.</li><li>Develops and manages store budget.  Reviews financial transactions and monitors budget to ensure efficient operation and those expenditures stay within budget limitations.  Does monthly variance reports.</li><li>Completes a weekly walkthrough of store with assistants, analyzes merchandise, store presentation, standards and other needs, creates an action plan for the week and ensure follow-ups.</li><li>Ensures all promotional items are sale priced and price-pointed in groups.</li><li>Accounts for all security issues involving cash, theft, liability and premises.</li><li>Assists accounting with fiscal yearend in inventory to Auditor’s specifications.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Competencies and Job Requirements: </b></p><ul><li>Ability to perform all sales associate and cashier skills.</li><li> Excellent communication, organizational and administrative abilities.</li><li> Proven leadership abilities working in a team environment, ability to develop people.</li><li> Self motivated, guest oriented, works well under pressure</li><li>Ability to effectively present information to management and customers.</li><li>Positive energetic attitude towards guests and peers.</li><li>Computer skills required</li><li>Knowledge of trends in the industry and adapting to our customer base.</li><li>Communicate Patagonia’s mission and activism efforts clearly and regularly to staff and customers.</li><li>Ensure product presentation aligns with Patagonia’s visual standards and storytelling approach.</li><li>Work with Buying and Distribution Center Team’s on regular Logo replenishment to support KPI’s.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Physical Requirements: </span></b></p><p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p><p></p><p>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, talk, see, and hear. Must capable of occasionally squatting, bending, kneeling, reaching, and balancing, able to climb ladders and shovel snow. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perceptions and the ability to adjust focus.</p><p></p><p><b>Working Conditions:</b></p><p><b>Indoor/Outdoor:</b> While performing the duties of this job, the employee will frequently exposed to outside weather conditions.
