Given our rapid portfolio growth, coupled with ownership's desire to develop and hold rather than sell, the timing is ideal for qualified candidates to come on-board. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are currently seeking an experienced <strong>Exterior</strong><strong> Technician </strong>This position is headquarters out of our South Plainfield office, but will work at various sites throughout NJ  </p>\n<p>8-10 Years of previous work experience in a related field is preferred</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Responsibilities</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Diagnose and repair problems on the exterior of all buildings</li>\n <li>Able to perform carpentry, framing, roofing, windows, doors, flooring, hardware accessories, masonry & painting</li>\n <li>Complete assigned service requests and repairs</li>\n <li>Able to complete general maintenance and preventative maintenance tasks in a timely manner</li>\n <li>Assist the maintenance Manager with organizing the property workload & supply orders as needed</li>\n <li>Assist with any other tasks that might be needed at the property</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Qualifications</p>\n<ul>\n <li>8-10 years experience in a related field</li>\n <li>High School diploma preferred</li>\n <li>Ability to read, write & speak English</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate with all staff members in a professional manner</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>In return, we offer competitive compensation, along with comprehensive benefits, including medical and dental and vision benefits, life insurance, </p>\n<p>a 401(k) with company match and a corporate team environment with opportunity of advancement.
