As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing their social presence, overseeing social-first content and identifying community-led insights.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Our Social Lead will understand how to find insights &amp; develop strategic direction for a brand to leverage their community. You can turn a comment stream into a genuine strategic opportunity that connects to business objectives. You have in depth experience in managing communities and are ready to lead a team in taking this to new heights.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">You live and breathe social media and know about format changes, shifts in channel behaviours and trends before they hit the For You page. Overseeing all aspects of community for a brand from community engagement, influencer connection and content creation.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">With great progression, the chance to work with the latest technology and some of the world’s most famous brands, a normal day in the role of the Social Lead includes:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Client Engagement – </span>Working closely with our clients as their key social partner, understanding their business problems and contributing insights/planning to help address them.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Social Expertise -</span> Bringing your social expertise &amp; insight into your direct work but also through the wider agency to consult on briefs and help elevate the role of social within ideas.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Channel Management - </span>Own the content calendar and planning for our clients, knowing what messages work best where, when we need clear space in the calendar and juggling brand priorities. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Cultural Relevance</span> - You understand what moves culture, how to track moments as they gain viral traction and when a brand has a right to contribute to them. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Social Insights</span> - You know how to work with social listening tools and to digest quantitative data to unpack opportunities for brands to deepen their social footprint.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Community-First </span>- You understand how to harness a community, what formats and tactics can be used to engage, along with how to embed the right comms frameworks in crisis or campaign scenarios.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Work collaboratively</span> with creatives, strategists, social folk and clients to deliver best practise</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">To be in the running for this great role, you should have:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">10+ years of experience working in social either, ideally from an agency background or client direct.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Confident communication skills to energetically engage internal and external stakeholders and articulate your thoughts</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">A deep understanding of social formats, strategy and technology</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience leading a team of social managers/executives to deliver different aspects of social</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience working alongside creatives, strategists and producers to make work that pushes boundaries</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">A passion for subcultures and the want to teach people on your own personal insights</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong written skills &amp; attention to detail</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Comfortability working under a sense of urgency, context switching and being resourceful and proactive</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">The willingness to grow with and alongside the business</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">An open attitude and excited by change... you are a problem solver</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">The passion to champion your team within the agency</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Sound like something that you would love to be a part of?</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">We also offer employees benefits like Flex Fridays, gym memberships, free breakfast, regular social events, annual ski trips and more.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><em>Akcelo is committed to nurturing, creating and building a diverse environment.
