Assists the team in providing the same experience.</li>\n <li>Provides feedback to the Casino Manager on game limits, game spread, staffing and possibilities to increase revenue and the guests experience.</li>\n <li>Engagement with the team on all suggestions and ideas. </li>\n <li>Responsible for the accountability of the chips, cards, dice, and all other gaming equipment.</li>\n <li>Maintains a continuous inspection and logging of cards and dice, ensuring the security of assigned table games during assigned shift.</li>\n <li>Shares responsibility for the overall integrity of daily operations.</li>\n <li>Responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance within area of authority and reporting potential issues to leadership.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Knowledge of Table Games Operations is preferred, but not required.</li>\n <li>Must have proficient written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English.</li>\n <li>Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.</li>\n <li>Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and have knowledge of Table Games operating systems.</li>\n <li>Ability to write reports and business correspondence.</li>\n <li>Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, guests.</li>\n <li>Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues.</li>\n <li>Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute odds.</li>\n <li>Must be flexible in scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as business needs dictate.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>STAY IN THE GAME.
