What You’ll Do Day-To-Day
As a Service Technician, you will be the frontline support for our customers, resolving IT hardware and software issues. You will rely on established guidelines to prioritize, execute, and meticulously document service requests while maintaining a steadfast commitment to workplace safety.
Customer Support: Deliver exceptional technical assistance to users, identifying effective solutions and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Troubleshooting & Triage: Prioritize incoming tickets to minimize downtime, analyze IT hardware and software issues, and diagnose technical problems.
Parts & Warranty: Procure necessary components, determine warranty versus non-warranty coverage, and generate accurate quotes for out-of-warranty replacements.
Logistics & RMAs: Create and process RMAs while coordinating preplacement, repair, and return shipments.
Documentation & Compliance: Track and log all service cases with high attention to detail, document required service actions, and strictly adhere to company policies and workplace safety protocols.
What You'll Bring
High School diploma or equivalent education is required.
Basic knowledge of PC hardware and software.
Ability to troubleshoot PC and peripheral products at system level.
High attention to detail.
Basic communication skills to comprehend, follow direction and convey detailed technical data.
Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships; work collaboratively within a team environment.
Good problem identification and problem resolution skills.
Ability to remain stationary, walk, kneel, and crouch throughout the workday.
Capability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 lbs.
Willingness and ability to travel as needed to support business operations.
Total Rewards Package
Salary: $17.60-$23.00/hr and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
Health & Wellness: Multiple medical plan options, dental & vision coverage, life insurance, long- and short-term disability, and optional supplemental plans (critical illness, accident, hospital indemnity, dependent life).
Retirement: 401(k) with employer match.
