You’ll be joining a highly supportive environment with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, diverse case mix, strong financial package, and a collaborative team culture. \n<ul>\n <li><p><strong>Staffing Model:</strong></p>\n  <ul>\n   <li><p>1 MD Anesthesiologist</p></li>\n   <li><p>7 CRNAs </p></li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><p><strong>6 ORs running daily:</strong></p>\n  <ul>\n   <li><p>Medical Direction (4 ORs)</p></li>\n   <li><p>CRNA Only (2 ORs)</p></li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Schedule</h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Monday–Friday, Surgery Center Lifestyle </p></li>\n <li><p>Typical clinical hours: 40 hours / week </p>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Waterfall system</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><p><strong>No nights / No Call / No weekends</strong> – enjoy true work-life balance!</p></li>\n</ul>Bread-and-butter outpatient cases, including: Endoscopy, ENT, General Surgery, Gynecology, Neuro, Total Joint, Orthopedics, GI, Podiatry, and Urology \n<p><strong>Base Salary:</strong> $240,000</p>\n<p><strong>Sign-On Bonus:</strong> $20,000 annually, paid for 3 years (total $60,000)</p>\n<p><strong>Paid Time Off:</strong> 7 weeks annually </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Additional standard benefits including 401K match and more!  </p>\n<h2>About The Facility</h2>\n<p>Facility Description: </p>\n<p>The Mid-America Surgery Institute (MASI) is an accredited surgery center located in Overland Park, Kansas.
