The Lead Plumbing Mechanic is responsible for interpreting blueprints, coordinating with contractors and clients, and troubleshooting advanced plumbing systems to deliver efficient and reliable solutions. This role demands a proactive approach to managing resources, scheduling tasks, and mentoring junior team members to enhance overall team performance.
