Work with the senior O&amp;S Leadership Team, Corporate IT Security, Risk and Compliance Management Team, and business leaders.</span><span><br /></span></p><p></p><p>RESPONSIBILITIES:</p><ul><li>Design and maintain business unit information security vision </li><li>Risk and Compliance</li><li>Provide technical content for information security baselines and supporting procedures </li><li>Researche security and compliance technologies and practices </li><li>Participate in the Business Information Security Officer (BISO) council</li><li>Oversee risk control self-assessment exercise</li><li>Perform compliance validation and reporting</li><li>Track remediation efforts for gaps and risk reduction activities</li><li>Liaise with the Corporate IT Risk and IT Compliance functions</li><li>Establish process and procedures for logical access controls </li><li>Oversee access recertification activities</li><li>Review and approve privilege access requests</li><li>Policy review development and awareness</li><li>Provide oversight for mandatory practices and IT Security standards and procedures</li><li>Publish and communicat business unit standards</li><li>Program Management</li><li>Provid oversight for information security and compliance-related program execution</li></ul><p></p>",
