Description

Job Summary The Radiology Operations & Enterprise Imaging Subject Matter Expert (SME) provides integrated clinical, operational, and technical expertise supporting the National Teleradiology Program (NTP) Program Assessment. This role serves as the primary advisor for radiology operations, enterprise imaging workflows, imaging informatics, PACS/RIS environments, and quality oversight functions across a nationally distributed healthcare system. The SME evaluates current-state radiology and enterprise imaging operations and develops actionable recommendations to improve scalability, workflow efficiency, staffing alignment, technical support structures, quality oversight, and operational performance. The role bridges clinical radiology operations with enterprise imaging technology and supports the Government’s assessment of current and future-state teleradiology capabilities, enterprise imaging expansion, and operational sustainability.
