Client Development &amp; Business Development</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and maintain relationships with municipal, county, and state clients</li><li>Support proposal development, including scope, schedule, and fee estimates</li><li>Represent the firm at industry events, meetings, and conferences</li><li>Identify and pursue new project opportunities</li></ul><p><strong>4. Other duties as assigned</strong></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong knowledge of traffic engineering principles, standards, and software tools</li><li>Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Synchro &amp; Sim Traffic, PTV Vissim, PTV Vistro, HCS,&nbsp;</li><li>Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret traffic data and simulations.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with team members, clients, and stakeholders.</li><li>Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work on schedule.</li><li>Experience with traffic studies, signal design, and transportation planning</li><li>Self-starter with the ability to build and grow a service line</li></ul><p><strong>Education and Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering is required</li><li>Minimum of 5+ years of experience in traffic or transportation engineering</li><li>Proven project management and client interaction experience</li></ul><p><strong>Licenses or Certifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 6–12 months</li><li>Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE) is preferred.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>This position requires sitting at a desk and working at a computer for long period of time</li><li>Some work may include field work</li><li>This position requires the ability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds</li></ul><p><strong>Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>No PPE is required for this position</li></ul><p>*This position could report out of any of our 5 offices: Reedsburg, Madison, Milwaukee, Green Bay, and Prairie du Chien.</p><p><br></p><p>Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
