    "description": "<p>T&amp;H Realty Services is seeking an experienced Single-Family Portfolio Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of approximately 350–450 scattered-site residential homes throughout the Indianapolis market.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This is <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">not</span> an on-site multifamily role.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This position focuses on portfolio oversight, owner communication, turnover coordination, and cross-functional execution, serving as the primary point of contact for property owners and partnering with resident relations, leasing, maintenance, accounting, and field teams to drive portfolio performance.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>If you have experience managing single-family rental portfolios and enjoy balancing owner relationships with operational execution, this may be the right next step.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">We hire for this role regularly.
