Our culture is friendly, flexible and development-focused, with Smart Working, wellbeing initiatives and transparent progression, including our ‘Path-to-Partner’ programme and secondment opportunities.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Title: Project Manager – Business Systems &amp; Transformation</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Role Overview</span><br>Lubbock Fine is undergoing a programme of digital transformation, including the adoption of new technology, automation and AI-enabled tools to enhance the way we deliver services and operate internally.</p>\n<p>We are seeking a Project Manager to manage the delivery of key business change and technology initiatives across the Firm. The role will focus on implementing new systems, improving processes and supporting the effective adoption of technology across our teams.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The first major project for this role will be the implementation of the <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Inflo audit platform across the Assurance Business Unit</span>. This will form the initial phase of a broader programme of digital transformation within the Firm.</p>\n<p>Reporting into the COO, the Project Manager will work closely with the business sponsors for each digital transformation project, senior stakeholders in the relevant business units and operational to ensure projects are delivered successfully and embedded effectively into day-to-day operations.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Project Leadership</span></p>\n<p>Lead the planning and delivery of firmwide technology and business change projects<br>Develop clear project plans, timelines and milestones to ensure structured delivery</p>\n<p>Liaise and coordinate with suppliers, business sponsors and team members<br>Track progress, manage risks and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule<br>Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders and ensure effective communication<br><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Inflo Implementation (Initial Transformation Project)</span><br>Lead the rollout and implementation of the Inflo audit platform across the Assurance Business Unit<br>Coordinate system configuration, testing and deployment to align with the Firm’s audit workflows and methodology<br>Work closely with Audit and Compliance teams to ensure successful implementation and integration with existing systems<br>Manage the transition to the new platform, including training, support and adoption across the audit team<br>Ensure the system is implemented in a way that supports regulatory compliance and improves audit efficiency</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Digital Transformation &amp; AI Adoption</span><br>Support the Firm’s broader programme of digital transformation, including the evaluation and adoption of new technology, automation and AI-enabled tools<br>Work with partners and business unit leaders to identify opportunities to improve processes through technology<br>Help embed new systems and digital ways of working across the Firm, including the development of user guides, FAQs and managing queries<br>Contribute to the development of a structured approach to project delivery and change management</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Testing, Training &amp; Adoption</span><br>Oversee system testing and quality assurance prior to deployment<br>Support teams through system adoption, training and change management<br>Develop clear documentation, user guides and training materials to support effective use of new systems</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Stakeholder Engagement</span><br>Build strong working relationships with partners, operational teams and external technology providers<br>Act as a central point of coordination during project implementation<br>Ensure stakeholders remain aligned throughout project lifecycles</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Continuous Improvement</span><br>Capture feedback following project delivery to improve future implementations<br>Support the development of consistent project management and change management practices within the Firm</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Person Specification</span></p>\n<p>Qualified accountant with experience in audit within a UK professional services firm<br>Experience working with Inflo audit technology, ideally Inflo implementation experience</p>\n<p>Strong understanding of audit workflows and other professional services operations<br>Proven experience delivering technology or system implementation projects<br>Strong project management, planning and stakeholder management skills</p>\n<p>Comfortable with using waterfall and agile project management techniques<br>Experience working with cloud-based platforms, system integrations or data migrations<br>Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders<br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Person Background</span></p>\n<p>The successful candidate is likely to have trained in audit and developed a passion for technology and operational workflow improvement, be a great communicator and team player with a results-oriented work ethos.</p>",
