The role focuses on wiring definition, harness design, and system integration, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams throughout the development, installation, and testing phases.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Execute electrical integration activities based on the aircraft’s existing wiring configuration and the defined conceptual architecture to ensure coherent system implementation.</li>\n<li>Develop and release wiring diagrams, harness definitions, and electrical installation data.</li>\n<li>Define routing, segregation, and minimum separation distances based on signal types.</li>\n<li>Apply best practices for EMI/EMC protection and wiring installation.</li>\n<li>Conduct wire and cable sizing calculations considering operational and environmental factors.</li>\n<li>Select cables, connectors, backshells, and electrical components in accordance with aerospace standards.</li>\n<li>Generate manufacturing work orders based on the released electrical design to ensure their correct implementation on the aircraft.</li>\n<li>Support harness manufacturing, aircraft installation, final assembly, and functional tests.</li>\n<li>Conduct trade studies, cost analysis, and propose efficient, compliant design solutions.</li>\n<li>Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Control the configuration of electrical design deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and correct release management.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with engineering, design, and testing teams to ensure proper system integration.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Aerospace, Electronics, or related).</li>\n<li>5+ years of experience in electrical design, including wiring diagrams, harnesses, or electrical installations.</li>\n<li>Experience with SeeXP and electrical integration CAD tools for harness and installation design.</li>\n<li>Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation and requirements.</li>\n<li>Fluent in English.</li>\n<li>Solid knowledge of aerospace electrical standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Master’s Degree or higher in a related engineering field.</li>\n<li>Proficiency with CATIA V5 Electrical (EHI/EWR).</li>\n<li>Experience with wiring design tools (SEE‑Electrical, Creo Schematics, Visio, Draw.io, etc.).</li>\n<li>Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and system‑integration skills.</li>\n<li>Experience in:\n<ul>\n<li>Signal integrity, grounding, and analog troubleshooting</li>\n<li>Instrumentation, sensors, data acquisition systems</li>\n<li>Communication protocols: RS‑422, ARINC‑429, CANBus…</li>\n<li>Power supply interfaces and protection principles</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Knowledge of HIL/SIL environments (aerospace, automotive, robotics, etc.).</li>\n<li>Experience with embedded systems or real‑time systems is a plus.</li>\n<li>Programming experience (C++ and/or Python) is a plus.</li>\n<li>Ability to work in fast‑paced, multicultural, cross‑functional teams.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Tools &amp; Processes</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>SEE‑Electrical or equivalent wiring diagram tools</li>\n<li>CATIA V5 EHI / Electrical Harness Installation</li>\n<li>SCADE Architect</li>\n<li>Polarion</li>\n<li>Jira / Confluence or similar project‑tracking tools</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Please Note: </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Please ensure your resume (CV) is in English.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Also please do not have more than one job application, rather apply to one position and refer to other positions that you are interested in, in the NOTES section.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Since BambooHR is a 3rd party software, please always check your spam folder for our responses.</span></li>\n</ol>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Company Benefits</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>1.
