We currently seek a full-time Director of Program Operations to support Osborne's programming and Chief Program Officer. The Director of Program Operations supports the Chief Program Officer on special projects, daily program operations, and the implementation of new programs and cross-departmental initiatives. Osborne’s program areas include Court and Decarceration, Young Adult Services, In-Prison services, Workforce Development and Reentry services, and Children, Youth, and Family Services. Partners with program leadership to ensure program goals are met. Builds and maintains relationships with external and internal constituents. The Director of Program Operations also seeks to maximize integration of all Osborne services through policy, process, program design, and fundraising. The Director of Program Operations also assists program leadership in implementing new programs and major program changes. Salary Range: $110,000 - $117,000 annually Essential Duties: Manages the implementation of new programs and services in close coordination with each program lead. Leads cross-functional implementation meetings, develops creative solutions to problems, and collaborates with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth implementation of programming. Create systems to support efficient program operation across departments, including tracking and organizing subcontracts and consultant agreements, policies and procedure documents, MOUs, and curricula. Research trends in the field showing best practices for service delivery. Support program leadership in ensuring curricula are up to date. Assist the Chief Program Officer in reviewing and editing reports and grant applications to funders prior to submission When needed, directly supervise program areas to directly support staff, provide strategic leadership and direction to the program, coordinate with funders and partners, and ensure high quality service delivery for participants. Coach staff and take on direct reports as needed on a temporary or permanent basis to support the Chief Program Officer. Coordinate staff training across all program areas. Create and update best practices documents across program areas. Actively pursues and maintains contacts, linkages and or MOU’s with other agencies to refer or obtain additional client services. Conducts audits of the program’s systems and process to ensure regulatory compliance and service provisions are met. Attends and participates in interdepartmental and cross-functional meetings to increase awareness of program services. Serves as a primary staff liaison to affiliate committees as designated by the Chief Program Officer. Attends and participates in external meetings and committees to identify and implement industry best practices, updates, standards and trends. Collaborates with Development, Communications, and Program staff to draft/edit comprehensive summaries of program components for internal and external marketing literature, including, but not limited to, local resource guides. Develops and maintains relationships with funders, partner organizations, elected officials, community members, potential employers, and other stakeholders If clinical licensure: Provide Clinical supervision to staff as needed across departments. Support and onboard volunteers as needed, including in the chaplaincy program. In person attendance is required to collaborate with others Performs other duties as requested.
