In this role, you’ll blend analytical expertise with exceptional service skills to identify process gaps, streamline work-flows and help implement productivity solutions that allow teams to operate at their highest potential across the Central Region.  <strong>This position is an in-person position. </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Enhance the franchisee experience by supporting entry and exit processes and ensuring operational accuracy.</li>\n <li>Assist with on-boarding, training, and system access for new associates.</li>\n <li>Align regional forecasting and scheduling to boost coverage and productivity.</li>\n <li>Train teams on productivity tools, dashboards, and scheduling best practices.</li>\n <li>Monitor expense reports for accuracy and compliance.</li>\n <li>Analyze regional metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with management to turn data into actionable strategies.</li>\n <li>Maintain systems with automated work-flows and apply RCI practices in daily work.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business, data analysis, or related field strongly preferred.</li>\n <li>1+ years of experience in productivity, operations, analytics, customer service, or a related field.</li>\n <li>Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or Smartsheet.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to explain data and processes clearly to non-technical audiences.</li>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with CRM or service management systems.</li>\n <li>Positive, problem-solving mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Why Snap-on?</strong> Snap-on Tools is committed to empowering our teams and franchisees with the tools and support they need to succeed.
