          "text": "<p>To ensure objectives are met in the Restaurant. Responsible for complete restaurant organization. Directs and coordinates all activities regarding the restaurant by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.</p><p><strong>As a Restaurant General Manager, you will:</strong></p><p>&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Direct and oversee all restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house functions.</li><li>Recruit, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate managers and Team Members to ensure optimal performance.</li><li>Maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.</li><li>Manage budgets, labor costs, and controllable expenses to meet or exceed financial targets.</li><li>Analyze sales, costs, and inventory reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.</li><li>Develop and maintain effective relationships with guests to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all liquor/beverage control, health, safety, and labor laws, as well as company policies and procedures.</li><li>Oversee ordering, inventory management, and vendor relations to maintain adequate stock and minimize waste.</li><li>Promote teamwork, communication, and accountability within the restaurant.</li><li>Monitor equipment maintenance and facility cleanliness; coordinate repairs and upkeep as needed.</li><li>Support and execute marketing initiatives, community engagement, and promotional events.</li><li>Serve as a role model for professional conduct and company values.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>To excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic.
