The biggest perks of being a Line Supervisor at Praxis include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>An 8-week, hands-on training program.</li>\n <li>Career advancement opportunities.</li>\n <li>Pay = $23/hr. during training and $25/hr. once certified</li>\n <li>Strong Earnings Potential - with Overtime (avg. 50+ hrs a week), the ability to earn $60,000 - $75,000+/yr.</li>\n <li>Full Benefits include: paid vacation & holidays, medical, dental, vision, life ins., short/long term disability, etc.</li>\n <li>The opportunity to make a positive impact on our people and our customers, every day.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Duties & Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Check all product and components with each job on the line for accuracy.</li>\n <li>Assign area of work for each packager on the line; check to make sure each person is performing his/her job duties.</li>\n <li>Complete line paperwork.</li>\n <li>Calculate hour efficiency and make necessary changes to line if adjustments are needed.</li>\n <li>Check quality of finished goods and call for quality assistance when questionable. Request maintenance on machinery when problems arise.</li>\n <li>Make sure the line is cleaned between jobs and at the end of the shift.</li>\n <li>Communicate any problems or concerns with the Shift Supervisor.</li>\n <li>Anticipate changes and act accordingly.</li>\n <li>Maintain efficient productivity rates while complying with safety, quality and GMP practices.</li>\n <li>Must be willing to work overtime & weekends.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or equivalent, Associates degree preferred.</li>\n <li>Prior working experience as a supervisor, leader or trainer strongly preferred.</li>\n <li>2-4 yrs of previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment preferred.</li>\n <li>Good organizational skills and mathematical aptitude.</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to be flexible, spontaneous, and fast-moving in an always-changing environment.</li>\n <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li>\n <li>Reading, writing and speaking English is required for this position.</li>\n <li>Ability to work and adapt in a diverse environment where multiple languages are spoken.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>Starting from USD $23.00/Hr.",
