&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; CEO<br>&nbsp;______________________________________________________________________________</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:</u>&nbsp;</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Responsible for implementing and maintaining the company&rsquo;s quality system including document control,&nbsp;Certificate of analysis/Conformance (COA/COC) and responding to customer inquiries.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Analyzes and updates quality documentation (test procedures, product specification sheets, safety data sheet etc.), making certain that current practices are being documented.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Coordinates with production and sales/marketing to ensure product quality meets customer requirements and delivery expectations.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Manages and monitors all corrective actions (CARs) to determine the root cause and to prevent reoccurring issues.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensures proper Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are followed, and collects documentation on advanced container maintenance, and production operations.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ships product samples to customers and manages hazardous waste shipments and documentation.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Performs statistical analysis of data to generate Statistical Process Controls (SPC) and Certified Process Capabilities (CPK) information.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead/Participate in site specific Process Safety Management (PSM), Risk Management Program (RMP), Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), Management of Change (MOC), Pre-start safety review (PSSR) and Job Safety analysis (JSA).</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assists with providing guidance, education, and assistance with compilation of process safety information (PSI).</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Supervises the operation of industrial wastewater treatment systems to ensure procedures and operating equipment limits have been reviewed and risk assessed.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Involved in site emergency preparedness and response including on-all weekend requirements.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Responsible for Environmental Regulatory Compliance, including Air Permit, RCRA waste disposal, TRI, FIFRA Reporting, Tier 2, EPA Federal and State Pesticide reporting.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Backs up the Safety Manager which may include conducting site-specific safety trainings for union and non-union employees.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Act as a Lead Technical Resource during facility audits and customer/supplier quality audits.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Develop and lead audit program related to FIFRA compliance including, but not limited to: labelling, packaging, CSF, etc.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensures compliance with established facility policies and procedures and other regulations and standards (IE: EPA, OSHA, NACD, NSF, NAFTA, TSCA, NMFC) as applicable.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Keeps informed of plant operating procedure changes.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Attends and actively participates in training and other meetings to enhance safety, production, and quality of plant operations.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Performs housekeeping duties necessary to maintain company standards.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Performing other duties as required.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>GENERAL SKILLS:</u></strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Exceptional analytical and organizational skills, with close attention to detail.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to prioritize workload and multi-task effectively</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be work well in a fast-paced team environment</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to manage confidential information</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Exceptional management and supervisory skills.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>QUALIFICATIONS:</u></strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree with emphasis in Chemical Engineering or Quality Control/Environmental Science preferred with a minimum of 7 years&rsquo; experience in the chemical industry.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be proficient with computer systems, and experienced in Microsoft Word and Excel, and be accustomed to working with databases containing large amounts of data.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Previous experience in a management role is preferred.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</u></strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must have sufficient mobility to access all areas of the plant site in support of project work. This will involve climbing/descending ladders and stairways. Must be able to legally operate a motor vehicle to visit equipment and service vendors or customer locations. Required to wear personal protective equipment in the plant environment.
